Stock 07 5.9 trans issue

One of my fathers employees blew a trans line driving dowen the road. put on a new line. filled trans fluid. Drove for for about 200 miles no issues. was going down a road, hit a bump and said it kicked out of od. now its gone. What are some things he can check? maybe something came unplugged? idk anything about em.

Od is controlled by a silenoid so maybe it came loose or just needs a new one.

If they were in there putting a new line on they may have bumped a connector loose but without looking we wont know. Quite a coincidence that it kicked out on a bump.
