Selling my supercharger setup that is on my 2007 fummins. Worked amazingly well. Setup would make 7-8 pounds of boost at idle and was easily able to spool and s480 with race cover and 96x88 turbine in 1.15 exhaust housing that was bolted right to the manifold. Setup could be driven smoke free. Truck that setup was on is a p pumped 24v with maxed out 215 pump and 6x18 injectors. Was running timing at 26 degrees. Charger was lit by 2100 rpms. Was a very solid setup for awesome power and still have a truck that is fully useable. Was able to tow with this setup without issue. Looking to get 2000 dollars obo shipped to your door. Includes M122 supercharger that has been fully ported and rebuilt Less than 10,000 miles ago, metco pulley, pulley mount, tensioner, gates belt, supercharger plenum with manifold mount, rear exit 2 piece industrial manifold, both air filters, Bypass valve, bypass actuator, and intercooler piping. Was a very compact setup that fit 100% under hood. Turbocharger also available for additional cost. 1-920-342-7766. Matt

Thanks for looking

That's cool, GLWS!

The very thought of having boost at idle makes me feel funny down there; like climbing the ropes in gym class.

So Im not weird for thinking that is a pretty cool setup. Nice. :)

Blower/turbo set ups can work very well. I'm honestly surprised I dont see more of them.

That was my first thought, but from the pics, as well as his mention of there being two air filters and a bypass valve, it seems like these are plumbed in parallel.

Supercharger feeds the turbocharger to about 20-25 psi of boost and then bypass starts to open letting the turbocharger function as a big single. Without the bypass the supercharger is air limited so the s480 would be starving for air. Benefits being power at idle and the turbocharger comes on very smoothly and makes huge power. I was seeing almost 70 psi of boost on the road out of that s480 with that large turbine all well being able to drive on the low end smoke free and still use it for towing.

Do you have pictures of the bypass valve setup and such?

Now you know you've got some videos of it in action somewhere.....!?!

I believe on the Eaton superchargers the bypass valve is made into the supercharger housing. Bypasses through a butterfly at the rear of the blower vanes. I had a MP90 for a similar project on a 4BT but the gentleman I was building it for has never forked over the cash for me to finish it...Pretty neat setup on the blowers.

Honestly don't really have any videos. Was quite a handful with that much power on tap. Bypass that's in the supercharger is used at idle. When open won't allow the supercharger to make boost. The bypass I have is to allow the turbo to get the necessary air it needs when it is lit. Pictures are kind of hard to see but hopefully makes sense.
