swapping cabs

Hey all, I have a 97 club cab the lower rear cab is getting rusty any I need to fix it... Alright, here's the question. I have access to a 99 quad cab and was curious how hard it was or what kind of problems I may run into or if ne one has done this... I would like the four doors...

Its all about the same all you need to do is swap your ecm and harness. Is it a 4X4?

There's a few thread on here about this already. I'm doing the exact same thing this winter. The cab will bolt up, just the electronics are not the same.
