Team Thailand at the NHRDA World Finals

Thursday the motor suffered a failure at the hands of what is believed to be centane related the diesel is very different and apparently it is a a big deal for this motor. Our diesel is 48 centane where their diesel is 65, ours is relatively clear out of the pump and theirs looks like coke a cola!!!

They have compensated with additive and adjusted tuning,

The idea is that the lower centane fuel in the first motor combusted too early and caused the engine damage.

The team will make AT LEAST one guaranteed full throttle 100% everything pass after the first round of eliminations tomorrow.

I say at least one because of the weather and issues with the car afterwards.

If everything survives this all out pass then we will try for additional passes and possibly some heads up racing.

We are already planning for next year!!!!!

Come by and see us!

BTW there is now a Comp D sticker on the truck thanks to TravisG

The only goals of the team were to obtain the racing licensing and make a single full power no holds barred passes to obtain a US Timeslip showing what they are capable of. Anything after that is just a bonus

They ran a baby shot of spray on that pass...cleaned up maybe half the smoke. I saw Mike Wood (owner of NX) and told em to go hand them a .157 trash can solenoid LOL.

The truck will probably run faster then 7.50 when dialed in. It seems pretty soft still.

They said 1200-1250kg, which would be about 2650-2750. There's a lot of tubing on that thing.
