Looking at what I can remove from a 2006 manual harness, it going on a fummins, so basically what's not really needed or EFILive can bypass
Here's my list right now
C1 pin 1 wastegate (debating on this but current turbo plan is non wastegated)
C1 pin 2 oil pressure signal
C1 pin 8 TTVA (+)
C1 pin 11 WIF ground
C1 pin 20 TTVA (-)
C1 pin 31 WIF sensor
C2 pin 6 intake air heater relay control (may keep this)
C2 pin 41 A/C clutch control
C2 pin 47 battery temperature sensor
C2 pin 46 S/C switch No.1 signal (what does this do?)
Anymore I can add? I search and couldn't find anything if this is out there just point me in the right direction.
I doubt this is possible but I'm wondering if the extra pins on the ECM could be used for something like engine oil temperature, make high idle work like Fords (supply 12V to a pin and idle goes up to 1250RPMs) or other things?
