I've managed to get the 2.6 Diesel truck class added to the show on Friday (6-20-14) after the Outlaw show. We will be using Outlaw rules however dual rear wheels will be allowed. No hook fee, non Outlaw members will have to sign some insurance paperwork. Currently have close to $1000 in payouts out to 6th place.

The new Jaycees field is located South of Falls City, on Hwy 73. Should have plenty of room in the pits and the track is always excellent (on par with Mound City, MO and Platte City, MO).

Hope to see you there!

Thanks to everyone who came out to pull, raised $2450 for payouts for the class and had 10 trucks pull in the show.

Sounds good! Your rig sure has come a long way, I live over by Maryville Mo, back when I was pulling a lot more than I do now I remember seeing you hook when it was still street driven. Was it you that broke a drive shaft and it spun around and put a big ole' hole in the fuel tank up in Blockton or one of those lil towns? It's been years ago but for some reason I was thinking it was your rig. Regardless it's came a long way since then!

It must have been somebody else, I've broke plenty of driveshafts but never put a hole in the fuel tank. Stanberry, Mo was my last good hook in 2010 before it got sidelined for a few years. Broke an axle on that hook...

I'm sure it was someone else I just remember it had Nebraska plates and was blue-ish in color. I used to hook a lot in those little pulls, sure had a blast back when a 700-800hp truck that was driven there was competitive in 2.6. lol 'Course those days have been gone for quite awhile!
