Torque plate in WV

I have a torque plate and bolts for cummins engines if anyone needs it for their engine build. I will rent or barter for the use of this plate. I am willing to meet someone within distance and I travel into Virginia and Maryland at times. I will require a deposit and if you want me to ship it that will be on your dime.

It is 1.5" thick, and my bolts are 70 or 75mm in length. Can't remember.

I work around va constantly, we should be able to meet. Anyone have any input on any faults or improvements that can be made on this plate? It should be sufficient, I always second guess my stuff.

I'd think almost any steel that thick would be sufficient.

I have had a question about this, would it hurt to enlarge the bore holes to 6.7 specs and then reuse on a 5.9? Not sure if the small amount would matter.
