trans issue

so i just got my truck back together since Sept.
new turbo setup and added a new tc and replaced clutchs

i drove it around alittle yesterday... this AM I throw the garbage in the back and drive to the dumpster (1/2 mile... took long way) - I park at the dumpster, unload, and then back out....... put it in drive and absolutely nothing!!!!!

checked fluid (new fluid days before) all good-
theres pressure in R- put it in D and nothing... even drop it down into 3 2 1... still nothing......

drove home in R..... WTF.... not a great start of the day

any ideas??
will drop fluid and pan tomorrow- thanks
 
To me its weird that it worked and then stopped. Once I forgot the ring on the end of the input shaft, and I had the same symptoms as you. Reverse worked great, no forward gears. I sure felt stupid when I found out what it was.

Front servo or accumulator seals? Direct Drum Clutch seal? It sounds like something simple let go.. for my $.02
