Trans wont shift into 3rd or od after cab sawp

Like the title says the trans only has first and second after the cab swap, its my buddies truck so i am posting this for him he says he has power to the trans through the orange wire. The trans had all gears before the cab swap all connections seem to be connected all grounds are on and good, he used all the wireing and pcm out of the old cab. Any ideas would be great thanks
