All I can say is what the F@*K. Proving a point to this car this morning my T case decided to let lose at about 110. look for a heavy duty one ? Has to go behind a 6 speed.
 
There will be pictures ! The chain looks like its being thrown up out the back.

The tail piece shot across the freeway, front U joint is gone and it looks like a bomb went off on the inside.

was there alot of fluid coming out of it? could it have been dry?

Oh my...

You weren't kidding, it looks like the case is vomiting the chain out.

oh well....time for a new transfer case, my np241dhd was leaking so I had it rebuilt new chain and all and paid 950 for the rebuild :doh:.......so you can't do much worse then me.:nail:

i mean seriously you are supposed to take the thing apart to see the inside...
hope u get it all worked out soon!
 
aw hell.. nothing a little JB weld wont fix. wrap few layers of duct tape round the gears and JB weld the case and run it! haha. jk. good job chris!

HA HA mythbusters made a bridge out of duct tape, so it might work :clap:
