Factory lines rot off and are junk from what I've dealt with here in NJ. How many of you run rubber hose and hose clamps? I've had 2 people now with rusty lines that opted to rubber hose and clamp them to get them out of a pinch and they blow off and puke fluid everywhere.

Were the connections barbed or just smooth? Pushlok hose and fittings work, but I like to use braided hose and an fittings.

Some lines were steel from the factory and some are aluminum. I wouldn't think the aluminum lines would rot.

I need to find someone who sells the non serrated hose clamp. I run rubber hose and the regular clamps cut my hose and formed a leak.

Stainless braided line. Then you'll never worry about it again

I installed some JIC fittings in trans and in aftermarket cooler and used hydraulic lines. Crimped em up at work. Nice clean no worries install. Used some rubber hose and clamps in a damaged section once, blew off on the interstate. That was nice :bang
