Trouble with electronic transfer case going in & out

Has anybody had trouble going into 4 low or when it finally does it gets stuck in low? Never had trouble with it going in or out of 4 high! Works great when it goes in without a any mechanical noise. I checked the 2 wire connector on the tranfer case.

To get locked in 4 low, I usually flip the switch with the trans in neutral then ease off the brake and let the truck roll just a little. Clicks in and out fine every time.

I was at a campground with the 5th wheel on the truck stuck in the grass trying to back out on a slight grade. Temps were going out the roof just to get it to move & then backing it out in 4 high! Needed the 4 low in a bad way!!

Come to a complete stop put in park. Then pull it down in to neutral fairly quick while in neutral put it 4 low should go in easy mine always does. I do the same when coming out of 4 low
