Trouble....

Control pod on the adr quit workin (not pulse) so i ordered a new one and while I was waiting on the pod I installed my nos and used it once or twice to help spool the truck at the line. I received the new pod an put it in and now the truck just doesnt have the top end it used too... I can tell the adr is working it fuels hard but its not makin as much boost as it used to, 40psi now and it used to make 50psi.

Wasnt sure if the nos being added had anything to do with anything but i thought id say it

Question is whats happening here? I thought id start with...
Connections for the quad,
Reinstall 3000 tune,
Boost leak?
Wastegate stuck open slightly?
Head gasket?

Anything I'm missing?
