Truck build ups

I have a 95 Powerstroke that i want to build up around 400-450Hp. I was wondering what mods i should make first. Should i get Stealth pumps, injectors, a turbo, or a fuel system?

your going to need injectors an intercooler. I belive a hope fuel and oil system. Theirs a start
