My hat's off to you if you got these rules approved! You gad a lot better luck getting with these guys than I did. Anyhow, I like the rules. They are similar to the Dickson Co. rules I saw a couple of weeks ago. Do you know if there will be a gasser class though? ...and what about teching the "stock" trucks?

Hey Shep,

I will be techin' the trucks for this event...Problem is, I agreed not to pull...So that means one of the CompD members need to put a whooping' on the Competition..LOL

There will be a couple Gasser classes...I'm just not going to tech them in.

I appreciate the complement on the rules..Springfield has a good pull surface... now we just need some pullers to show up and show off.

Hey, Phil I always enjoy the Springfield Pull. The rules look good to me, Looks like i'll only be able to pull once, in the unlimited class. It will be a fun evening. I'll be there for sure !!!! See ya. Every time you get a chance NAIL-IT

Yeah the rules aren't really built to much for a Modified truck...But if we have a good showing with the street trucks I'm going to try to convince them to drop the 10,500 class and replace it with basically a 2.6 class, and keep the outlaw class.

I'm loving the hanging weight!!! I don't have the power of some guys yet, but can't wait to feel the difference. I'll be fabbing my weight rack this weekend.

...about last years fall pull (not the rules issues)...

Who was the guy that trailered in the Reg Cab silver and green CTD w/ the hood stack? I didn't see him at this or last year's TS pull, and out of no where comes in and spanks everyone in the outlaw class. I remember when Joe brought the white CTD from Dickson and smoked everyone. No one was expecting that, then the unknown guy shows up last year unexpected. I hope Nail-It and JD4440 can represent the DMAXes because I don't think I stand a chance in outlaw, but like I said earlier...it's all about hangin' the weight!

The truck you speak of now resides in Kentucky....awaiting a complete motor rebuild. It will not be there to my knowledge....last I heard the new owner (I'm friends with both new and old owners) was still waiting on the block to get back from the machine shop. I might drive down to watch....was a good show the last time I was there a couple of years ago.

Damn Mark...I think they got the picture already!!!

DOH!:bang:eek:wned: Sorry I just clicked back page every time I realized I needed to edit something. Didn't realize it was making a new post every time?! Shouldn't the freaking spam filter catch that crap!?:poke:

Would a mod please delete my first three post's in that group of 4. There is no visible edit button for me to do so???
