Truck Storage, Looking For Your Advise

Hey All,
My truck will be parked at the end of October for four to six months. I've never had to store a vehicle for this long of period without use. What are some of your recomendations for proper storage?

It will be garaged with a cover over it.
Disconnect batteries.
It'll have a fresh oil change a few days before parking.
Full tank of fuel? I also use PowerService with every fill up, should I stick with that or use something else?
Block it off the tires?

Any of you guys that store vehicles please chime in.

Full tank of fuel. Sta-bil diesel fuel stabilizer. Block the truck to take the weight off the tires but leave the suspension loaded. Disconnect the batteries and fully charge them with a trickle charger.
