here is the issue. put a new battery in the truck, still had to jump start it to get it going,no biggie well it would charge untile it got warm and then quit charging.. chased out wiring and can't find a bad or open wire. so i swaped the altanator with a new one and am still having the same issues.... any ideas to look at that i might be missing... any idea's will help even if they are the obvious one's
*bdh*

fuse box test

see which circuit is pulling juice when the truck is off

Stops charging when it warms up? Might be a pcm issue or the battery temp sensor possibly.

tach needs adjusted, on the fluid dampner. i've been running an auto meter tach, it didn't work last season and didn't have any issues with the truck untile i started it up this year.. Were is the battery temp senser? what would be up with the pcm?

it has to see a rpm signal or it wont charge temp sensor is in the back of the head driverside

i will try adjusting that sensor and check the temp sensor and go from there
