Truck won't start after intake blowoff?

I was towing a Chevy...on a flatbed trailer, when the air intake on passenger side of truck blew off the turbo. Lost power ,but truck kept running. I pulled over and shut the engine off to cool down so I could put the hose back on. After reconnecting the intake to the turbo the truck would only turn over but wouldn't start. Anybody have any ideas why it would be running fine and then not start again
 
Check fuel pressure it is the easiest doubt its the problem. Have any codes sounds like a HPOL to me. Hook to a scanner and look at hpo and ficm power
