It will help, but the best bet would be custom tunes for the obs. Call swamps and tell them what you have and let the fun begin.

Stock 94-97 powerstrokes make around 175 @ the rear wheels. With a chip you can be around 225-230. My suggestion would be if your looking for more power than that to look into a set of stage 1's. Full force diesel gets my vote, but I'm a little biased!

Yeah im good with that for now. Id like a very useable 350-400ish one day for towing and mpg but no hurry.
