Turbo exhaust wheel question

I was originally set on a 62/65/13ss from htt and now I see a lot about people using a 71 wheel to limit surging. Am I going to have a problem with that?

prolly not much on a 62 but if you jump on/off heavy throttle you'll notice it.

I ran a 62/65/12 from II with no issues of surging at all. It barked when I let off the throttle to fast but it never surged.
