A buddy of mine is build a challenge car again. The Grassroots Motorsports Challenge has a very limited budget and tight rules regarding it.
He is looking to turbo his BMW and wants a VGT turbo from a Ford 6.0 or Cummins 6.7....CHEAP!
Something in need of a rebuild is fine, he is only looking to spend ~$150
