rebuilt the engine and has good oil pressure, but i am not getting oil up to the turbo charger. fried one turbo, so i pulled it off and ran it without the the turbo for about a minute and had no oil pumping up to where the turbo mounts. anybody have any ideas what could be causing this?

Not sure on the oil routing. But, if it comes up from the cam bearings thru to the turbo you might have a cam bearing in wrong. Or some other type of obstruction in the oil gallies blocking the flow.
i rebuilt the engine. i found out what it was...the engine i built for it sat around for about 5 years. i sent the block to a machine shop to have it checked out. well i dont think they hot tanked it like the were supposed to. the reason i say that is cus when i got it back, they painted over dirt on the block, and the oil passage way was plugged up, took about 150 psi to blow er open.
