Turbo Problem

I have an industrial injection 62/80 turbo on my 03 Dodge and it is leaking oil out of the compressor housing outlet into the intercooler tubes what could be causing this? The turbo is less than 8 months old and I have a BD Blow off valve so the turbo never gets barked. I checked for play in the shaft and there isn't any just a little side to side which is normal.

Sounds like a seal. I'd either have II fix or replace it since it's within it's warranty.

How dirty is your air filter??? Ive seel a dirty filter cause a little oil to be pulled past the seals on a htt sledpuller 66 even with a afe stage 2.
