Turbo specifications for the 2014 6.7 Cummins

As the title says, what Turbo are they running on the 4th GEN Rams
what is the compressor size and the turbine size, will the 351 compressor wheel fit on the new turbos

HE351VE same turbo that has been on all 6.7L trucks.

These 6.7's can move so much more air, so why does Dodge not step up the size of the turbos? I realize it is probably because of EPA and so on, just the same question to go back to the umps and why they were de-tuned.
