Turbo squeal..

I have a buddy with an 05 f-350 bone stock besides egr delete. When sitting at idle you can't hear it but if u come up 200-300 rpm it's a high pitch squeal.. I took the stock intake off completely just to feel around a little bit more and it wouldnt make the squeal at all, yet with the intake back on it did it.. I was thinking the viens or the up pipe the truck still has stock exhaust intake an no tune. He only uses it for hauling his race bike an it has about 120k on it.

Check behind the short blue hose at the turbo. They are notorious for splitting there.

yea check boots but ya might want to check up pipes to ive seen em make same squealin noise.
