I have 2 turbonetics new gen wastegates. They are in good condition and work just fine. They will come with the inlet and outlet flanges but you'll need to cut them off of the pipes they are welded to, also comes with the clamps. 1 of the flanges for each gate will have a bellow as well.

This bellow/flange is for a different gate but this is essentially what you'll recieve with each gate...1 bellowed flange and 1 non bellowed flange.
