twin cp3 CM vs p pumped 2nd gen 24v

You guys wanted me to narrow what i wanted down so here it is twin cp3 common rail vs a p pumped 24v. What are your opinions.

IMHO ppump 24v is not worth the extra cost and effort. Unless your starting out with a 24v motor. 12v will make just as much power.
Street manners on high HP the CR will win.
