Twins for 06 Commonrail

Twins are working well so far. Still need some more time with the EFI live tuning and the wastegate tuning. Killed the trans already, so that is next on the list lol.

Attached is a couple pictures of the completed setup as well as what the 60mm compressor looks like after less then 1000km on the street.

You might want to check the inside of the cold pipe for welding boogers. Looks like a few might of let loose.

^^^ I agree with Brad, your compressor wheel shouldn't look like that after that few of miles

That's probably the least amount of carnage he's done to my truck so far!

But I'm kinda liking this minimum carnage thing for a change!

I think this turbo combo is going to be sweet. Nice job and best present ever :)

Little update. Got some parts back from the coaters.

This truck has been a battle the last couple months. Been having an issue keeping the headgasket in it and the torque converters from failing. Been driving it the past couple days and seems like everthing is working well together!! Tonight is going to be the first pass at the track for this truck in about 3 years. Previous best for it was 12.5? at 112-113mph. I'm not sure what it's going to run, so all I'm hoping for is it to make a nice clean pass without any carnage lol.

I believe he's talking about the cold pipe coming from the primary charger up to the secondary.

If not, then I am. LOL

I guess you had to go that tight on the radius to keep the passenger side in there.. What about that tab on the pipe? What's that doing?

The tabs are for tie bars. Every joint has one.

I was referring to the top pipe that feeds the high pressure turbo, idk what size you run it either looks like 3 or 3.5 inch but I know a great place to get extra tight radius bends which will prevent you from having to chop the tubing up
