All I can say is dang Dodge! My frame has a lot of surface rust on it so I'll have to keep an eye on mine.

Just curious here, are you hotshotting up in Williston, ND? I can't make it out in your avatar but it looks like a drill rig in the background.

reweld it and the weld a washer over it? look for aftermarket spring hangers? call dealer and see if you can order a factory one... some you can.

Here's today's progress not much but it's a start think im just going to fix what's there but I do have a chunk of frame with the pedisol on it that I could cut off and re weld to frame but I've heard that's usually where they break looks like the shackles wore the hole out so it least I know what caused it ImageUploadedByTapatalk1362551679.822405.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1362551702.612386.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1362551730.642726.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1362551745.972810.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1362551765.377811.jpg

Good deal. I would've considered welding some thick washers over the holes to reinforce them a little.

I ended up welding a bushing in there about an inch thick and I put a couple fish plates over the outside I hope it lasts a little while anyway here it is just before I put the box back on
