up pipes are a pain!

geeze who else has had to change the up pipes off the manifiolds to the turbo? my work truck had leaks on both sides, thing runs 10 times better now! but what a PITA.

I agree!!! they come off easy but putting them on is another story!!

Will this work on the OBS trucks too? I have to fix the Passenger side on a '97 F450 but been putting it off cause they suck

i didnt find it was to bad i found the trick was to mount the y on the turbo and then slide the other pipes into it. then tighten everything from under the truck. but the biggest pain is trying to line up the pin to the turbo on the y

yea there no fun hopefully i dont have to do another truck...ill be outa work for awhile tho, i just broke my back, so i guess thats a good excuse not to do more up pipe fixes? lol
