Valve seats, head cracks?

ill get strait to the point couldn't find much in a search, bought an old work truck 24 valve. Checking for bost leak. Pressurized whole system up to 40psi. Backed off all intake rockers. Have bubbles coming out of the valve stems under valve cover. Is this bad valve seals? Valve seats? Cracked head? 200k miles on truck. It's stock

You will have to pull the head to be sure.

Cracks are normal on the 24v even cummins says it's ok. But to a point 40psi and bubbles coming out the valve seals isn't that bad minimal lose and you could run it for another 100k or take it off your choice. talk about going the extra mile! you must have to much time on your hands! LOL
