valve spring compressor tool

Here is a pic of the Source Automotive one:

You can see the notches on each side of the spring that makes it easier to get the keepers in and out. You can also see the bearing that the nut turns on, instead of using a couple of washers with lube. There are other little subtle things that make it easier to use then the Miller one.

I'm sold on them, if only they still made them. Anybody got one they would sell? I might get the Cummins one if it is worth gettin, like to see what it looks like first though.
 
The one I got from Miller has worked great. Has done 4 full sets of springs with no issues. Never used the one from Source or Cummins.
 
Yes you do need one, and no problem man for letting you use it. BTW next time I see you I need a beer holder.....
