Does anyone know what percentage this should be at, at an idle? I took the turbo out for a guy (03) to clean it up. He had a shop tell him it was only seeing 60% of boost and told him he'd need a new turbo. He also had a turbo surge under load (truck is bone stock with 48k on it). Got the turbo back in, on AE it shows 28 psi boost max and can't get it to surge anymore, so that should be fine. But this duty cycle reading still shows 72-74% at an idle (turns yellow), and Outlaws truck shows mid 60's and stays green. What is causing this? And is it something to worry about?
