ve pump builder in way up state NY?

I got a buddy in the army who is new to diesel. He just picked up a 89 d250 and wants the pump tweeked nothing outrageous. Who in way up NY can work on his pump. Thanks in advance

How much of a tweak does he want? There are quite a few good write ups on how to do it on your own. If he wants to get serious I suggest Giles To go threw his pump.

A good lift pump is needed before playing with any settings on a VE. Not a good stock VE lift pump, a good flowing pump at low pressures and cool fuel.

Yes ft drum area and I'll just tell him to join here I'm not sure about his wrench turning ability, other then standard stuff
