wastegate adjustment after 191dv?

ok im getting a set of .191 dv and am wondering what i should set my wastegate at. the previous owner said he had adjusted the wastegate to 35psi, after 2 years of me taking his word for it i found that it was just plugged i plugged the wastegate line back in and found i was now making 22psi and egts went through thr roof, yet when the gate was plugged egts never got over 1200 unless i was in it hard up a hill for a long time... my current set up is 5x.012, 4000gsk, no plate, i cant remember what rack plug, and a 62/65/12.im thinking 45psi?

Set it around 40-45 psi now and when you get the dvs in make sure it stays there.

It was hot because you we're injecting the same amount of fuel with less air, air/fuel ratio plummeted and your combustion temperature shot up. However with 5x.012s and gsk I'd think your boost would be higher than 35 with a plugged gate. Check for boost/pre turbo exhaust leaks.
