Hey I know there's a thread of small suitcase weight brackets people have built but I'm looking for pictures of people's complete weight boxes. If some of you have pictures of your fuel cell inside or water to air I would like to see this also. Any measurements or plate thickness would also help! Thanks everyone

looks PHENOMENAL that weight box is exactly the style im looking at building what type of metal thickness were the plates how much did it run ya all said and done?

1/4 inch plate. 600$ cut and welded together. I just had to attach it to the mounting arms. It is laser cut by computer so any dimensions need changed they adjust it accordingly. Mine is 15" front to back. I can't remember the other measurements off hand but the center ice tank holds five gallon of water and about 140lbs of ice if needed. Batteries on one side and weights on the other. Lid can also be made to fit your needs for more money if too complicated.

Do you have pictures you could take of where you welded it to the frame and how you did it

i heard there was a machine shop making them for 2500 bucks but i cant remember the company for the life of me

This winter we are going to take it back apart and get it all painted up. Just ran out of time for our first hook this year.

Is that a type 22 cooler? Also are you running your coolant out of that tank behind weight box

I am about 90% sure it's a fuel tank here is some pictures of mine I built.

The center between the mounts is for mounting 2 batteries.
The sides are made of 1/4" plate and the bottom is 1/2" where it ties back into the truck, it mounts are reciver tube and 2" sch40 pipe. Hope this gives you a starting point. There is also a sticky on here with a bunch of different style boxes on here.

I made mine, some 3/8" x 6" pipe with end caps welded on and an axle through the center

17" wide 30" tall and 5' long. I have provisions for one pump and I put my ice box on the right. If I could change one thing I would have centerd the ice box but live and learn.

what made you decide to have ice box on the right>? also anyone ever thought of insulating the center ice box? has it been done>?
