well i came over to cummins from a 7.3 powerstroke

I just bought a 1999 dodge ram 2500 4x4 with the cummins diesel. the truck has some performance parts on it I know it has an edge box and it has a bigger turbo and bigger injectors. the head has been fire ringed and it has head studs.it has an air dog lift pump on it and it has a built auto transmission in it. the truck has a lot of power compared to my old 7.3 it needs a little bodywork it has 160,000 miles on it and I paid $10,000 for it I hope it will be a good truck what do you guys think?

Truck looks good! Seems like you got a good deal in MO you would be lucky to find something like that for 10, every body here wants an arm and a leg for anything diesel.
Do you have any plans for the truck?

yea the truck has a few issues it needs some front end work and some body work. but I paid cash for it so I don't have a truck payment that is nice.

Get used to front end problems, I think I have almost as much in trying to get mine to drive straight down the road as I did to get 600hp.
