Buddy of mine bought this off another friend who said it was a 2.6 pullin turbo. He installed it on his 5.9 that had 6x18s a red box and a haisley cam and it lit at 2800 rpm haha. So we re measured it and it has a 2.8 compressor inlet. So I took it of his hands to put on my 6.6 and I took it apart and measured the wheels compressor is 71 and turbine is 74. There isn't a single tag on it for I.d. Or a name brand so I'm stumped. Any gurus have any ideas? I can get whatever pictures one would need

S400s have mwe . They also have 7 blade cast comp wheels so that 6 blade wheel is either billet or its not a typical S400.
Mack had Borg make them some very special stuff. It may be a mack S400 but its definitely not sx3. Also the. 050a/r comp cover...not sx3.

I'm with you, Lee. I think it may be a Mack S400, I'm not 100% though.

Brian Block :thankyou2:gave me a crash course on those things a few years ago. Compressor housing looks very similar from memory.
