what tools for head porting?

So I picked up a spare head that I am going to port, what tools do I need? I have a good die grinder & a few carbide burrs but was wondering what you guys recomend & what do I need for polishing. I have never ported a head before so any tips are welcome. Where is the best place to buy the burrs & polishing stuff btw.

i got my burs from a snap-on truck $150 bucks for the good hardened 4 peice set

gotta borrow an air dremel and compressor from my buddy nw and start with a gasket match.... not too sure about how much i'm going to remove, i'm more worried about doing a good clean polish then anything.
