2006 F250 King Ranch FX4, 51,000 miles, crew cab, short wheel base, factory 20's, 4" exhaust turbo back. OASIS is clean.

reason i ask is because the dealer offered me $26,000 for my dodge trade in.

before i tell you what the dealer wants for this truck, what would you say it's worth?
 
26k OTD.
so in other words, it would be a straight trade.
 
Thats sound high to me. Diesels are getting chit for trades around here.
 
I was thinking 26 is kinda on the low side. I would say more around 28-30 depending on the options and such

Why you trading in the dodge?
 
no reason other then, i am NEVER going to keep a truck i buy, therefore, i drive it for 6 months to a year, sell it/trade it on a newer one (or better model) and do the same with lower payments with lower interest.

he had the truck advertised for 31k but because we have purchased i think 8 trucks from him, he helped me out.
 
If it''s a straight trade...take the engine out of your Dodge, and put it in the Ford...Have the TRUCK you would NEVER sell then...
 
Man, up here that truck would be worth around 38 to 45k. Now I know why people go south and bring them back up here
