when do you need bigger fuel lines

when do you need bigger fuel lines from the pump to the injectors?
13mm pump or a highly modified 12mm pump, or how many cc can you push through stock lines.

I was also wondering when its time to get bigger injector lines. Anybody?

so far all i have found is that you need them when you go to a 13mm pump. Can anyone tell me how many cc the different size lines will flow, or direct me to the post that will tell me. Thanks for the help
