Where can I tap in for oil pressure?

call eric at merchant automotive and he would be glad to give you some advice

Then post here because I really would like to know as well. Unless it's as easy as adding a T inline with the stock oil pressure sender.

There are ports at the bottom of the block on the sides just above the oil pan. Or else you can tap off one of the ports on the oil filter housing.

Just use one of the ports on top of the oil filter housing. The factory plugs are extremely tight fyi.

I attempted to tap into a pipe plug at the oil filter housing once. I don't believe these are English NPT pipe threads. I believe the TPI is different.
If I remember right, this was close to 1/4" NPT which is 18 TPI, but the installed plug was slightly smaller and 19 TPI.
It might be a metric ISO pipe thread.
