Will this inprove my twins?

I have an hx35/hx55 twin set up and on the hx35c I have a 12cm exhaust housing and was wondering if I put my stock exhaust housing back on will it help spooling and add more boost?
 
If your stock housing is larger I would think it would lower boost.
