WTB: MINT 12v 3500 4x4'

My best friend is fed up with new electronics/emissions and is looking for the perfect tow rig for his equipment. This is what he wants:

12v 3500 4x4 Manual X-Cab (doesn't have to be Quad). Low miles, mint condition, well-maintained, the more options the better. Everything needs to work like it should, and it needs to be relatively stock. NO rust.

He's looking to spend around $25k, but could go higher for the right one. I know this is a rare truck, but I'm hoping somebody here has a line on one.

You'd think. He just looked at one listed for $28k...showed the guy $24k cash and he turned it down.

This one on Ebay appears to be a very decent truck, though it SOUNDS like it's been repainted.
Too bad it's a 24 valve, it's gorgeous!!!
