I have read some info on the blue chip FMS box and am very very impressed. I am trying to figure out the "de-fuel" is this the fuel cut-back linking to high EGT'S?
 
defueling is when the stock ECM cuts back fuel in the upper rpms to control EGT's

the FMS box was my favorite for everyday use, I consider the Redline box to be a race only box, in my experience it wanted to be either on or off, there really wasn't any feathering the throttle with it, if I wanted to drive around I just turned it off.
