02 headlights giving me a headache

well the problem is that the driver's side low beam will not come on. all of the rest will come on. tried to change the bulb and still doing the samething. the wiring diagram in the chiltons less than helpful. thought that we had it fixed but no

forgot to say that the truck is my dads. and that the headlight switch in the dash has been changed any help is going to be nice. thanks
