For Sale:

New set of 8mm x 0.025" delivery valves. These flow just a touch more fuel than the DDP 024/042 valves, they add roughly 60 HP on stock injector trucks. $150 shipped to your door, no core charge or core return required.

These 025" DV's are the bottom delivery valve/seat in the picture. A stock 131 valve is at the top of the picture for comparison.

who makes them? I've got a truck I tow with thats got a 215 pump on it. It was a pump I had layin around with full cuts in it that were on/off and jerky. I've got 131's in it now and they're a little to lazy. Do you thinks these would be a good medium? Thanks

These 025's are a pretty good medium between full cuts and 131's. If you're looking for a less aggressive DV, the one pictured in the middle is a 050", and that's what I'd recommend for a milder setup.

I have 191's now, what kind of gains do you think I could expect? 160 pump

The gain over a 191 would be minimal, a 191 has an 8mm x 026" shoulder.

The next step up from your 191's would be a 022" valve. In my opinion, if you're going to deal with the mediocre driving characteristics of a 022 valve, might was well go for a full blown competition cut valve.

The top valve pictured is a regular Bosch 131 out of a 160hp pump, not sure if Bosch delivery valves came from Germany back then or if they could be Brazilian or other foreign origin. The other two sizes pictured are finish machined locally to me out of foreign forged materials.

Price lowered to $140 shipped.
