Anybody can..some states you can buy yourself and others you have to buy through a broker nless you have dealer license

So anybody has a Dismantlers License? I'd love to see you buy a salvaged title vehicle. Or a certificate of destruction. Non Rebuildable, Anybody!! And I am a dealer, no need for a broker.

If you could read I said you might need a broker, some state you do not.. Shows what you "dealers" know...I am in pa N can buy without broker an i do not need a license..Thats what I do...thanks
