03 Cr wont start

My brother replaced the injectors in his truck and now it wont start. I've just been talking to him on the phone because I'm a couple hours away.

DDP nozzels and the number on the nozzles were 1058. According to the directions thats the right nozzle

The truck has 5 codes

P0646
P0700
P1687
P0743
P0753

Anyone have any ideas?

Well, the codes are:

P0646-LOW VOLTAGE DETECTED AT THE A/C CLUTCH RELAY
P0700-EATX CONTROLLER DTC PRESENT
P1687-NO CLUSTER BUS MESSAGE
P0743-TORQUE CONVERTER CLUTCH SOLENOID/TRANS RELAY CIRCUIT
P0753-TRANS 3-4 SHIFT SOL/TRANS RELAY CIRCUIT

With that variety of codes it looks like he forgot to plug a connector or two back in because injectors should have nothing to do with transmission...
