03 injector shorted wiring or solenoid

Has anyone ever come across an injector solenoid that when cold will cause a "injector circuit shorted high or low" code and intermittent skip? I seems to run ok when warm but will skip very intermittently when first started. Injectors are fresh rebuilds (My original cores) with 200 miles on them from F1 with flux 3.5 tips, but the solenoids look original with 150,000 miles on them. It ran good with no issues for the first 150 of those miles. I've cleaned all the wiring connections, no change. I'm leaning towards the under valve cover harness, but It checks OK with an ohms meter through the inj. plug. I've seen DMAX injectors so close to the lower end of the resistance spec that the IDM would think they were shorted and shut down that bank. Thanks, Steve D
